Kraus-Anderson continues our ongoing construction management activity on the Regions Hospital campus in St. Paul, beginning work on a new ambulance arrival center which will better accommodate modern emergency vehicles.

While depression is the mental illness most strongly associated with suicidal thoughts, research is finding that anxiety disorders, problems with impulse control and addiction are actually greater risk factors for suicide.
A recent Modern Healthcare Hospital Systems Survey indicates that two-thirds of respondents estimated their systems’ risk-based contracts generated 1% or zero of their net patient revenue. Hospitals are approaching risk-based contracting very cautiously, expecting that value-based contracts will correlate with declining operating profit.View Comments
