Jake Walton Wins January 2022 Core Values Award
Jake Walton is the KA Core Value Award winner for January 2022. He is a Superintendent out of the Twin Cities office and was nominated by Michael Mondor, Maplewood Fire Chief. The nomination reads:
“I want to take a minute to share my experience with our Project Superintendent Jake Walton. From the moment that Jake has been involved in the project, he has exceeded every expectation. Jake has established himself as a customer advocate and has demonstrated a great ability to communicate, problem-solve and forecast needs and potential issues.
He went above and beyond assisting us in prep for demo and has most recently helped us working with neighbors to ensure the project gets off on the right foot. Tonight he texted me well after he was likely off duty to assure me that an issue was addressed.
The Maplewood Fire Department’s Motto is “Service Before Self” and my experience with Jake has made me appreciate that we have a project sup. who demonstrates that same value.”
