Noah Sundberg, Brian Sandeen win the September 2025 Core Value Awards
Noah Sundberg, a project manager from the Twin Cities office, won the September 2025 Core Values Award. Kraus-Anderson's Rachael Oelke and Kortney Kenville submitted the nomination. It reads:
“Noah consistently demonstrates our company’s values of Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork, and Valuing People, while also embodying our core purpose. Noah has been working tirelessly to manage several highly complex healthcare projects, delivering exceptional results with professionalism and focus. His leadership and client care have been instrumental in continuing to grow our relationship with Hennepin Healthcare, earning trust and paving the way for future work. This success is a direct reflection of Noah’s integrity and commitment to excellence. Noah also shows his dedication to continuous improvement by pursuing his ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor credential, a clear demonstration of his commitment not only to his own growth but to elevating the quality of service we provide to our clients. Even with these demanding responsibilities, Noah makes it a priority to check in with his team members, offering support and building community within the healthcare market sector and across KA. His collaborative spirit and ability to value people are what make him such an effective and respected teammate. Noah’s alignment with our company’s purpose, his passion for meaningful impact, and his daily demonstration of our core values make him an outstanding candidate for this recognition. I am proud to nominate him as a Core Value Champion!” – Rachel Oelke
“Noah has been instrumental in strengthening client relationships with both Hennepin County and Allina, while also running projects and mentoring new PEs on our team. A few months ago, Noah represented us solo at the PDC conference, where he not only built new relationships but also reinforced existing ones. Recently at a different conference, I received extremely positive feedback from Alina’s VP of Construction on how well Noah connected and represented our company. Even with a full workload, Noah continually makes time to support others, connect with clients, and step in where needed. His hard work ethic, client management skills, and commitment to continuing to learn has been a huge asset to our group, and he’s set an excellent example for those around him.” – Kortney Kenville
Brian Sandeen, a project superintendent from the Twin Cities office, also won the September 2025 Core Values Award. Kraus-Anderson's Bryan Michael submitted the nomination. It reads:
“Brian has gone above and beyond his normal duties helping the Des Moines Office with several hospital proposals and interviews, in many cases leaving his house at 2:00 am to be in Iowa for interviews and client meetings. Brian has been a major contributor to the process of growing the Des Moines office and approached the additional work with enthusiasm.”
