Congratulations to Pat Weerts, winner of the October 2018 KA Core Value Award
Weerts is a Project Manager II out of the Bemidji office.
Pat understands the complexity of keeping a medical hub operating while maintaining construction schedules. He works tirelessly with multiple departments, and geographical areas, to assure uninterrupted service for the facility and their clients while balancing complicated construction issues and demands. Pat always goes above and beyond for every member of the team he works with.
“He knows how to get things done, and always does it with a great attitude. Pat will bend over backwards to make sure things are done right. He is almost a member of the staff here at Sanford because of his knowledge of our needs and people,” said Brian Smith, Construction Manager for Sanford Medical Center.
Pat also mentors up and coming project managers. He works with teammates assisting with estimating and management questions, helping to develop in them the necessary skills for this industry. Because of his commitment, knowledge, and drive, Pat Weerts is an emerging leader who consistently demonstrates our Core Values to clients and teammates.
