SIZE: New 108,000 SF hotel and 20,271 renovation to casino

COMPLETION DATE: June 2026

SCOPE: The project demolished the former 2-story hotel, and remodeled the existing casino, adding a 7-story hotel tower with 90 guest rooms, bringing the total units to 264.

Renovations feature extending the existing gaming area and remodeling the 20,271-square-foot restaurant into a sports bar with a dining room and gaming stations. New construction includes a 7^th-floor 2,500-square-foot ballroom, meeting rooms and a fine dining steakhouse with glass-surround dining. Additions include a new Sakakawea Spa with couples’ massage, a gift shop, fitness room, and a hair and nail salon.

4 Bears Casino & Lodge is situated on Lake Sakakawea, a popular recreational area for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a wide range of activities and facilities for anglers, boaters, campers, hikers and swimmers.

Construction of the new hotel tower began in June 2023.
