Terry Coleman Wins Mission Vision Award

Terry Coleman received the Kraus-Anderson Construction Company Mission/Vision Award for April 2016.

Terry is a superintendent in the Circle Pines office. Mike Benz, director of information technology in the Minneapolis office, nominated Terry for his leadership of the Minneapolis office move.

“I would like to nominate Terry Coleman for the KA Mission/Vision Award.

Terry led our successful Minneapolis office move project. From the beginning of planning through tenant improvements, internal coordination, landlord communications, technology integration and moving-company logistics, Terry took ownership of every detail.

Moving 115 people and their equipment with minimal loss of productivity was a significant task.

Terry worked hard every day, arriving early, staying late and taking on whatever needed to be done. He was respectful, calm, thoughtful and cheerful when addressing challenges and communicating with team members.

Our office move would not have been as successful without Terry’s leadership.”
