Tou Xiong Receives January 2021 Core Values Award | Kraus-Anderson
Tou Xiong has been named the Kraus-Anderson Core Values winner for January 2021. Tou is an IT Support Specialist out of the Twin Cities office. His nomination comes from Sheryl Fodness, Senior HRIS Specialist, whose nomination reads:
“Tou consistently has a positive attitude toward helping KA employees with their computer issues and questions. Even when we are stressed because our computer isn’t cooperating – and we have a deadline to meet, Tou remains calm and talks us through it. He never makes us feel like we’re a nuisance with our ‘high priority’ requests, and his responses are always timely and respectful. His willingness to respond and work on the problem until it is solved illustrates his dedication and work ethic. These are just a few ways that Tou shows his commitment to building enduring relationships with his colleagues and peers. This award will show our appreciation/recognition for Tou!”
