As the Director of Leasing, Acquisitions and Dispositions, Dave oversees many different facets of our real estate company. Dave has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has been with KA since 2007, where he has been directly involved in over 2.7 million square feet of transactions. Dave is a long time member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and is pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, recognizing experts in commercial real estate and investment real estate. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas Real Estate program.
