John Dreher joined KA Development in June 2022 as an Investment Analyst. In his new role as Development Manager, he is engaged in the entire development process, from identifying opportunities, financial analysis, design, entitlement, and financing, to construction and stabilization for sale. John assists in developing investment strategies and project concepts for KA. He collaborates with the construction team to coordinate project scope, schedule, and budget, as well as the Investment Management team to secure, close and manage project debt. Prior to KA, John spent almost two years at Johnson Financial Group as Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager. His core responsibilities included managing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans concentrated in the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota markets, analyzing new loan opportunities, and assisting in the closing process from start to finish. John holds a B.S. in Agricultural and Food Business Management from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and an M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin ñ Madison. He is affiliated with the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) Minnesota Chapter and the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA).
