Ken brings over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a strong background in property management and leadership. He has been a valued member of the Kraus-Anderson Real Estate team since 1998 and currently oversees 675,000 square feet of commercial properties. Ken provides strategic leadership to a team of Property Managers, supporting operational excellence, strong tenant relationships, and financial performance across a diverse portfolio. In addition, he directly supervises three Property Managers responsible for more than 1.1 million square feet of commercial and office real estate. His responsibilities include day-to-day property operations, annual budgeting, financial reporting, tenant relations, lease renewals, contract negotiations, supervision of maintenance staff, tenant improvement projects, and the development and implementation of tenant crisis communication plans. Ken holds certificates as a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM). Ken studied Business and Accounting at UW-Eau Claire. He is a past recipient of the Minnesota Shopping Center Hall of Fame Award.
