Kai Moseid Wins June 2020 KA Core Values Award

Kai Moseid is a Superintendent out of the Rochester office. His award nomination comes from Project Manager Eric Pederson, who writes:

Kai continually models through his leadership the core values of KA of Team Work, Integrity, Commitment and he always Values People.  He stepped into the Gundersen Health Systems Winona project midway through and by his leadership lead subcontractors and field personnel through a very complicated phased project with a tight schedule.  Kai always is the voice of reason and is a tremendous leader.  His action that lead me to nominate him for this award was a letter he wrote to the City of Winona as a thank you to the City and the Inspectors for working with us throughout the project.  It would have been easy for Kai not to take the time to write that letter, but he did.  It was a moment of reflection for me, the Project Manager of the project to learn and grow, and it was Kai that modeled that behavior and went above and beyond what was expected of him to represent KA, honor others and to build a relationship and strengthen a community.   I believe he truly models the core values of KA and is deserving of the recognition of this award.  –nominated by Eric Pederson
