Maria Gutierrez Wins the October 2024 Core Values Award

Maria Gutierrez, a senior project accountant from the Twin Cities office, won the October 2024 Core Values Award. Kraus-Anderson Controller Logan Carter submitted the nomination. It reads:

“The reason I am nominating Maria is that she has personally prepared a TON of documentation for audits on North Loop Green. When clients audit our project records, it’s never easy; can be incredibly time-consuming. I am incredibly pleased to report that the audit of the North Loop Green had only positive results. The auditor even mentioned that Maria was pleasant to work with and responsive to every request. The last audit went so smoothly that the auditor did not have any questions / potential issues to report back to the client.
