Micah Davis Wins the June 2025 Core Values Award

Micah Davis, a project superintendent from the Rochester office, won the June 2025 Core Values Award. Kraus-Anderson Senior Project Manager Andy Nelson submitted the nomination. It reads:

“Micah Davis and his team have gone above and beyond working 10-12 hour days including Saturday’s and Sunday’s to make sure the Warhorse Casino was opened 6 weeks prior to our contract completion.

“The Owners came to KA in late October 2024 and asked us to open phase 2 of the casino on April 22, 2025. Which was six weeks earlier than our contract obligation. With some slight hesitation the team agreed to the new date. There were plenty of challenges along the way but Micah’s dedication and “can do attitude” never changed giving the owners and subcontractors confidence they would make it. With Micah there was never any challenge that couldn’t be overcome one way or another. Failing or falling short isn’t an option with Micah Davis. This is what earned him the respect, trust and dedication from subcontractors, owners and peers to get the job done.

“Micah leads by example and this is what makes him an exceptional KA employee.”
