Kraus-Anderson was the construction manager of the 381,163-square-foot, $98 million hotel, the mainstay of the Viking Lakes mixed-use development project that includes the Twin Cities Orthopedic Performance Center for the Minnesota Vikings, which KA completed in 2018.  Designed by ESG Architects, the hotel pulls from Nordic traditions and local flavor, including hand-carved wooden pillars as a focal point in the lobby.

The 14-story, 320-key Omni Viking Lakes Hotel features 35,000 square feet of event space, including a ballroom, pre-event and meeting spaces. A variety of configurations allow for gatherings of all sizes, from business meetings to large-scale receptions in the future.
