Shawn has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She joined the KA Realty team in 2015 and currently oversees a portfolio of over 680,000 square feet of office and commercial properties. Shawn provides strategic leadership to her team, ensuring operational excellence, fostering strong tenant relationships, and enhancing financial performance across a diverse commercial portfolio. Her responsibilities include day-to-day property operations, annual budgeting, financial reporting, tenant relations, lease renewals, contract negotiations, supervision of maintenance staff, tenant improvement projects, and the development and implementation of tenant crisis communication plans. Before joining KA, Shawn was a property manager for Security National Properties, a national real estate firm based in California, overseeing a Class B office/retail/parking complex in downtown St. Paul for 13 years.
