Project Spotlight: MSP G Concourse Gate Infill

LOCATION: 6040 28th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55450

COST: ~$64 million
SCOPE: This project consists of a remodel of and addition to the existing G Concourse. The scope includes architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil work. The approximately 71,300-square-foot addition includes a restroom block and infill of the space between Pods 4 and 5, which provides an additional gate lobby, event space, food service, mercantile, two-story rotunda, and an addition of a second story to accommodate a Delta Sky Club.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”30482″ img_size=”full” alignment=”right”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Four new exit stairs, two passenger elevators, moving walk, open stairs, and a service elevator are also proposed. The approximate 72,300-square-foot remodel includes the removal of existing retail and concessions to provide additional gate lobby space, the removal of the existing clerestory, and the addition of new concessions.
