Working in close collaboration with the City of Orono and premiere senior housing provider Ebenezer Management Services, Kraus-Anderson developed this innovative community to address rising demand for senior housing in the Orono community. Located on a greenfield site adjacent to wetlands and walking/cycling trails, the two-story facility provides state of the art care in an intimate, serene environment connected to nature. The facility includes 59 units including both assisted care and memory care units, with amenities including movie theater, library, beauty/barber shop, physical therapy, dining hall and common lounge area.
