Sheryl Fodness Receives November 2019 Core Value Award
Sheryl Fodness has received the November 2019 Kraus-Anderson Core Value Award for her leadership and commitment to project excellence.
Congratulations to Sheryl, a HRIS Coordinator out of KA’s Twin Cities office. Sheryl was nominated by Diane Toll, whose nomination statement is below:
“I have worked with Sheryl for over 20 years. Sheryl has unbelievable database and technological skills. She has added so much value to our HR team in an area that we had a need for expertise like hers. In addition, she has stepped up and taken on Viewpoint for new employee entry and very quickly was able to help us streamline processes and with her attention to detail, her work has greatly benefited our systems. She has demonstrated excellence in her knowledge of our HR Systems and is helping us get to a point of being more efficient in our processes. She has been very dedicated to the work she does, the reporting and keeping up with the daily demands that come with the support she provides to our HR team with technology.
Most recently, we have had some Minnesota statutes that have affected the output of work we do in HR, and she has not only met, but exceeded our expectations of the role she plays in ensuring our compliance. I know I speak on behalf of all of our team that we are all very proud of the work you do Sheryl and are thankful for your continued dedication and commitment to providing this service not only to our team but to KA as a whole. She has a tenacious drive and determination to be the best in her role. She pushes on and perseveres to ensure the work she does is top notch. A huge thank you to you Sheryl, though we don’t say it every day, we really appreciate you.”
